Summer Workshop, The Symbolic of Evil

The Symbolic of Evil
Summer Workshop,  Paris, June 25- 29, 2018

In 2017, the Fonds Ricœur in Paris joined forces with the Society for Ricœur Studies to create a unique and exclusive opportunity for Ricœur Scholars to come together, collaborate, and discuss   one  of the most significant Ricœurian themes, Ideology and Utopia. To continue the trend of exploring specific and influential Ricœurian themes, the 2018 workshop will be devoted toThe Symbolic of Evil.
In order to open up new horizons of thought, we have decided to integrate a special interdisciplinary session.
Thus, the Fonds Ricœur, along with the Society for Ricœur Studies, will again host a five-day workshop in June 2018, to offer scholars and professors a novel opportunity for sharing their thoughts. Throughout the week, key themes will cultivate conversation and mutual learning.
