Texts sent to Ricoeur Collection
The Ricoeur Collection publishes here unpublished texts sent by researchers (or following a conference) : texts, courses, lectures… Researchers can send their texts to fondsricoeur@iptheologie.fr indicating clearly their “agreement for a publication on the Fonds Ricoeur Internet site”. Please include in the first page of the document a short “identity card” (occupation, university or institutions you work with, research topics) before sending it using the PDF format. The researchers are also invited to send their text to a scientific correspondent around the world that speaks the same language the article is written in and can approve the publication. But the Ricoeur Collection is free not to publish texts that do not fulfil the research criteria or that don’t deal with the philosopher work (or with questions that prolong it). The documents are listed according to their sending date. Readers are invited to react or comment in Ricoeur Collection forums.

For some years, the Forschungsinstitut für Philosophie of Hanovre (Germany) has been organising a "Philosophischer Meisterkurs" intended for post PhDs searchers. In 2008, the Professor invited to give this “master class” was Jean Greisch. It took place from March 3 to 7, at Erfurt, and was organized in collaboration with Max-Weber-Kolleg für kultur und sozialwissenschaftliche Studien and the Erfurt Faculty of Catholic Theology .The theme chosen by Jean Greisch was Fehlbarkeit und Fähigkeit. Die philosophische Anthropologie Paul Ricoeurs ("Fallibility and Capacity : Paul Ricoeur’s Philosophical Anthropology”). We thank Jean Greisch and the organisers for allowing us to post the text of the first class on the Fonds Ricoeur website.
